The apartment is integrated in a private residential complex (Urbanisacion) and is very suitable for 2-4 people. The apartment is on a slope, you have a wonderful view of the sea, which is about 1.5 km away. The environment is very quiet. The apartments are arranged in terraces, you can also see the photos, because the construction is easy to see. The apartment has a living space of approx. 80 sqm including the entrance terrace and the sun terrace. The bedroom has two beds and a built-in wardrobe, in the living room there is a sofa bed, a baby bed is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, is fully furnished and has a 4-plate electric stove with an oven. In the living room there is a large comfortable couch, which can also be used very well as a sofa bed (2 people). We add new furniture to the facility every year. The apartment is well-kept, practical and very cozy. The large sun terrace has a beautiful view of the blue sea and the green surroundings (palm trees, eucalyptus trees). There are 4 chairs, 1 table and two loungers on the terrace. There is an awning on the top and on the side that can be used as needed. Living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning / heating, a pleasant living climate is guaranteed at all times. A garage is available, pets are only allowed on request. Satellite TV with a variety of German channels is available. The apartment is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
